Learning Challenge: Deskercise (Week 6 Extra Credit)

 I read some articles about deskercises, and these were my three favorite links!

    I am most definitely going to try the active arm stretches, shake it up, and windmills. It is so tiring to set at a desk in front of a computer all day, so I need to be more intentional about breaking my studying into chunks.

     Shoulder rolls are a good idea, as are chair twists.

     Some of these exercises may be a little weird to do in front of others ... I think finding subtle ways to stretch and refocus is best!
